The Expanse: A Telltale Series will get a DLC episode

Publisher Telltale have announced that there will be a further DLC episode for The Expanse: A Telltale Series, titled Archangel.

The bonus episode stars Shohreh Aghdashloo, reprising her role as Chrisjen Avasarala, Secretary-General of the United Nations in The Expanse. Players will experience a day in the life of Chrisjen Avasarala by managing conflicts across the solar system and battling wits with rival politicians, all while navigating family drama.

Archangel launches this Fall and is included in The Deluxe Edition or can be bought separately.

The Expanse: A Telltale Series is set prior to the events of Alcon Television Group’s television series. Players take on the role of Camina Drummer (played by actress Cara Gee in both the game and TV series), the XO of a scavenger crew on the hunt for a mysterious treasure on the edges of The Belt. As Drummer, players must deal with a mix of personalities, square off against a bloody mutiny, explore locations beyond The Belt and make decisions that will decide the fate of The Artemis crew.

Episode 1 of The Expanse: A Telltale Series will be launching on July 27, 2023 on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5. The following four episodes will be releasing every two weeks. Pre-orders for both the Standard ($39.99 USD) and Deluxe Editions ($44.99 USD) are live now. Players who pre-order will receive 24-hour early access, while players who purchase the Deluxe edition will also receive the Archangel bonus episode.
