Mordhau coming to consoles next week

Medieval action game will make console debut shortly

Posted on

Triternion have announced that multiplayer medieval action game MORDHAU will make its console debut next week, on July 12.

Mordhau is a medieval first & third person multiplayer slasher. Enter a hectic battlefield of up to 64 players as a mercenary in a fictional, but realistic world, where you will get to experience the brutal and satisfying melee combat. Victory can be achieved in many ways, but players will have to think on their feet and fight on multiple fronts like scaling ladders or taking control of catapults.

Character customization will give players the freedom to build their character how they want including how they sound. Players can also create customized weapons melding together different parts and equip their characters with the weapons and armor they choose.

Console players can look forward to experiencing the same modes available in the PC version, including large-scale battles where they can attack and defend in ‘Invasion,’ fighting for territory in ‘Frontline’, or defending the noble against enemies in ‘Horde’. Console players can also look forward to brawling on smaller maps such as ‘Deathmatch’, ‘Team Deathmatch, and ‘Skirmish’.

MORDHAU will be available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and PS5 on July 12. The game first made its debut on PC in 2019.
