Konami has announced Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, a remake of the 2004 stealth game Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
The remake promises to be faithful to the original, and will star the original voice characters, storyline and expansive features of combat survival in harsh environments evolved with upgraded graphics and sound.
Snake Eater takes place in an alternate history of events, set within the Cold War during the 1960s. The game’s story acts as a prequel to the Metal Gear series, exploring the origins of several events covered by previous games, as well as being the first chronological chapter in an overarching story of Big Boss.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is planned for release on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.
