The Expanse: A Telltale Series Episode One gets a release date

The Expanse: A Telltale Series Episode One is releasing on July 27th for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC via the Epic Games Store. The second episode will release two weeks later, and subsequent episodes will release every two weeks. This will mean the fifth and final episode should come out on the 21st of September, if the schedule is followed.

Pre-orders for both the Standard ($39.99) and Deluxe Editions ($44.99) will go live at the start of June. Players who purchase the deluxe edition will get access to future DLC. Information about what that DLC will contain is coming soon. Any who preorder on PlayStation or the Epic Game Store will get 24 hour early access.

The game is set prior to the events of the TV series. Players become Camina Drummer (played by actress Cara Gee) and hunt for a mysterious treasure on the edge of The Belt. As XO of The Artermis, players will have to make tough decisions and handle a mutiny. The game is being developed by Deck Nine Games (Life is Strange: True Colors).
