New update for Microsoft Flight Simulator focuses on New Zealand
Latest World Update XII brings more free content
Microsoft Flight Simulator has deployed World Update XII: New Zealand free to all players.
The update adds various new details to this part of the world, including satellite imagery, aerial photography, and digital elevation models. Seven new cities have been created using high-resolution photogrammetry data and triangulated irregular network modelling Auckland, Christchurch, Hamilton, Nelson, Queenstown, Tauranga, and Wellington. There are also 62 handcrafted points of interest to experience from the air, and nine updated airports.
For structured gameplay content, the update also brings 3 new bush trips, 3 discovery flights, and 4 landing challenges.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is available for Xbox Series X|S and PC with Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, Windows, and Steam.
