Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord launches this October

TaleWorlds Entertainment has announced at Gamescom 2022 that their action-RPG Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord will be released on October 25, 2022.

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord was first released on Steam Early Access in March 2020, and since then has received dozens of content updates. The full version will release on PC, alongside its debut on consoles, in October.

The sequel is set to once again combine action, RPG, and strategy in a sandbox world where players create their own story on the fictitious continent of Calradia. This follow-up, prequel to Warband, Bannerlord takes place 200 years before the Calradia from previous games. The Calradian Empire is on the verge of collapse, engulfed in civil war, and rising new powers are trying to take over the remnants and establish their own hegemony over the continent.

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord will be available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5.
