Serious Sam 4 released on consoles

Croteam and Devolver Digital have announced the surprise launch of Serious Sam 4 on PlayStation 5 & Xbox Series X|S today.
In Serious Sam 4, humanity is under siege as the full force of Mental’s hordes spread across the world, ravaging what remains of a broken and beaten civilization. The last remaining resistance to the invasion is the Earth Defense Force led by Sam “Serious” Stone and his heavily-armed squad of misfit commandos.
The game was originally announced for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Following its PC release in 2020, there was no updates on the console versions until today, as the game has seemingly gone for a next-gen only approach.
