Life is Strange: True Colors released
Newest entry in the adventure series is out today
Square Enix has announced the release of Life is Strange: True Colors.
Created by Deck Nine Games, developers of Life is Strange: Before the Storm, and Square Enix External Studios, True Colors sees players navigate Haven Springs as Alex Chen who has long suppressed her 'curse': the psychic power of Empathy, a supernatural ability which allows her to experience, absorb and manipulate the strong emotions of others - which she sees as blazing, colored auras. When her brother dies in a so-called accident, Alex must at last embrace her volatile power to find the truth – and uncover the dark secrets buried by a small town.
This supernatural mystery includes full performance capture and VO by Erika Mori as Alex Chen, an original soundtrack from Angus & Julia Stone, original tracks from mxmtoon and Novo Amor, and licensed tracks from Gabrielle Aplin, Phoebe Bridgers, Fenne Lily, and more.
The game is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. It will also be available on Nintendo Switch later this year.
