Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War begins Season One

First DLC content pack arrives for the shooter

Activision has announced the launch of Season One for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.

Season One adds three new operators: Stitch: Warsaw Pact (Launch Week), Bulldozer: NATO (In Season), and Zeyna: NATO (In Season). There are also five new weapons – MAC 10: SMG (Launch Week), Groza: Assault Rifle (Launch Week), Streetsweeper: Shotgun (In Season), Sledgehammer: Melee (In Season), and Wakizashi: Melee (In Season).

New Multiplayer modes also arrive, with Gunfight (2v2), Prop Hunt (6v6) (Launch Week), Dropkick (6v6) (In Season), and Combined Arms: Hardpoint (12v12) (Launch Week). They are joined by eight Multiplayer Maps – The Pines (6v6) (Launch Week), Raid (6v6) (Launch Week), Nuketown ’84 Holiday (6v6) (Launch Week), Game Show (2v2) (Launch Week), ICBM (2v2) (Launch Week), KGB (2v2) (Launch Week), U-Bahn (2v2) (Launch Week), and Sanatorium (Fireteam) (In Season).

The update also includes new Zombies Modes – Jingle Hells (Launch Week) and Cranked (In Season). Complete details, including additions to Call of Duty Warzone, can be found on the Activision blog.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is available now worldwide on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, and on PC via Battle.net.
