Cuphead arrives on PS4

Action game out today on Sony's console

Studio MDHR has announced that Cuphead is available today on PlayStation 4 for $19.99 USD/ €19.99 / £15.99.

Cuphead is a run and gun action game heavily focused on boss battles. Inspired by cartoons of the 1930's, the visuals and audio are created with the same techniques of the era, i.e. traditional cel animation, watercolor backgrounds, and original jazz recordings. Play as Cuphead or Mugman (in single player or co-op) as you traverse strange worlds, acquire new weapons, learn powerful super moves, and discover hidden secrets.

Studio MDHR also announced a free Special Update for Xbox fans. The forthcoming update will add a digital art gallery, behind-the-scenes commentary features, and playable soundtrack to the game.

Cuphead first launched in September of 2017 on Xbox and PC, and later on Nintendo Switch, and has gone to sell over 6 million copies.
