Risk of Rain 2 leaves Early Access in August
Roguelike shooter adds more content before launch
Gearbox Publishing and Hopoo Games have announced that Risk of Rain 2 will complete its Steam Early Access and officially launch on August 11.
Dubbed the Launch Update, Risk of Rain 2 will introduce new content including story cutscenes, a new Survivor, Final Stage, Final Boss, Server Browser and more.
On launch day, Risk of Rain 2 will be available to download for $24.99, so those interested are encouraged to purchase the game now at the discounted Steam Early Access price of $19.99.
Risk of Rain 2 is a third-person roguelike shooter that earned over one million sales within its first month in Steam Early Access. The game is also available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
