Game will ship with free Soundgarden Album, retailer extras
Activision has announced that when you buy Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock, it will come packed with Soundgarden's new album "Telephantasm" (while supplies last), which marks a groundbreaking collaboration - the first time a new music album will be simultaneously released and bundled with a video game, and will be exclusively available with the game for one week prior to the album’s retail release.
In addition to all North American launch units of Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock being bundled with Telephantasm, there are other retailer-specific goodies up for grabs.
Rockers who pre-order the guitar bundle from GameStop will be able transform their Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock guitar controller into the ultimate Battle Axe with a pair of exclusive 'wings'.
My Chemical Romance has a new yet-to-be titled album on the way and players who pre-order the game from Amazon.com will receive an exclusive custom guitar strap designed by the band.
