Call of Duty: Modern Warfare offers first free DLC
First batch of content adds two new maps
Infinity Ward and Activision have announced the release of the first free DLC for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
The update adds two new maps, available now; a new traditional Multiplayer map, Shoot House, and a large Ground War map, Krovnik Farmland. Also available now is the return of the Hardpoint mode.
The developers promise that this is just a start - with the release of Modern Warfare, fans can play together through crossplay and cross progression, and look forward to new content and the start of live seasons coming free to all players on all platforms.
In addition to new content, developer Infinity Ward is also releasing a number of quality of life, tuning and play balancing updates across the game.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
