Watch Dogs: Legion delayed
Additional time needed for open world action game
Ubisoft has announced the decision to delay Watch Dogs: Legion later into 2020. It was originally set to launch in March 2020.
After disappointing 2019 results, the company says Watch Dogs needs more time to ensure quality and a level of polish that fans should expect.
The developers posted a brief statement, saying they will "embrace the opportunity to take additional development time". More information is promised soon.
In the near future, London is facing its downfall: people are being oppressed by an all-seeing surveillance state, a corrupt private military corporation controls the streets, and a powerful crime syndicate is preying on the most vulnerable. In Watch Dogs: Legion, the player’s mission is to build a resistance to fight back against the emergence of an authoritarian regime.
The game will be released on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
