Trine 4 launches in October

Frozenbyte and publisher Modus Games have announced that Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince and Trine: Ultimate Collection will be out on October 8.

With an all-new combat system, Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince will have players vanquishing fantastical new enemies and solving new physics-based puzzles, and promises to give fans the biggest and best Trine yet.

Alongside the series’ new installment, Modus will release Trine: Ultimate Collection. Packed with bonus content at retail, the bundle will include Trine Enchanted Edition, Trine 2: Complete Story, Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power, and Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince.

Those who pre-order Trine 4 or Trine: Ultimate Collection at select retailers will receive a cloth promotional poster for Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince. You will also get a bonus in-game level, Toby’s Dream, at launch.

Both Trine 4 and Trine: Ultimate Collection will retail for $29.99 US and $49.99 US respectively, and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
