Darksiders Genesis special editions announced

THQ Nordic have announced a pair of custom Special Edition versions for the upcoming game Darksiders Genesis.

The Nephilim Edition will be available in selected retailers for an SRP of € 379.99 | $ 379.99 | £ 349.99 and limited to 5000 copies worldwide. This edition contains the game, official board game Darksiders: The Forbidden Land, Strife Figurine, Steelbook, Artbook, Soundtrack, and Sticker Sheet.

For fans not quite ready to make that price leap, the Darksiders Genesis Collector’s Edition will be available for an SRP of € 109.99 | $ 109.99 | £ 99.99 for PC and € 119.99 | $ 119.99 | £ 109.99 for console. This edition has the same contents, but without the board game.

In Darksiders Genesis, the fourth Horseman of the Apocalypse STRIFE is called upon to save humankind from certain destruction at the hands of Lucifer. The game marks the first, full-scale Darksiders adventure played from the top-down perspective.

The game is planned for release on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
