State of Decay 2: Heartland out now
New single player add-on available
State of Decay 2: Heartland is out now on Xbox One and PC. It features a return to Trumbull Valley in a new story adventure. Trumball Valley was the main location in the original State of Decay game.
The towns of Spencer’s Mill and Marshall are now overrun with an advanced form of blood plague: a more aggressive and far deadlier version than exists anywhere else. Though it may be familiar territory, Trumbull Valley is packed with new dangers.
You will play as one of two survivors. In "The Last Wilkerson," a defiant young woman travels to Trumbull Valley, along with her loving but emotionally distant aunt, in search of her estranged father. In "Searching for Santos,” a grizzled ex-con pairs up with an idealistic young cop in order to track down a valuable ally.
Heartland is available for all State of Decay 2 players for $9.99 on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC, and is included with Xbox Game Pass.
