NHL 19 Open Beta kicks off
Fans can check out the new additions in limited time demo
EA Sports has announced the launch of NHL 19 Open Beta, featuring the World of CHEL, running July 26 to August 2.
The NHL 19 Open Beta will feature the World of CHEL, an environment hosting new and returning game modes that work together in a unified progression system centered around the EA SPORTS Hockey League (EASHL).
As you play your way through the World of CHEL Beta, you’ll unlock pond-hockey inspired pieces of gear to stylize your character. These casual looks help both skaters and goalies express themselves in new ways. In addition, you can also jump into Online Versus with the 31 NHL teams.
Also included is NHL ONES, a 1v1v1 mode that lets you dance around the competition with a Dangler, or push right through them with an Enforcer Defenseman. THREES Drop-In offers an arcade-inspired 3v3 hockey experience, where you can match up with other THREES players and take on opposing squads online.
The NHL 19 Open Beta is available to download for everyone now. The full NHL 19 is set to release this September on Xbox One and PS4.
