First details revealed for Twin Mirror
DONTNOD's new psychological thriller is set in West Virginia
Bandai Namco and DONTNOD have revealed the first details of their upcoming game, Twin Mirror.
Set in the town of Basswood, West Virginia, Twin Mirror focuses on Sam who has returned to his home town in order to attend the funeral of a friend. But something goes wrong; Sam wakes up in his hotel room with a shirt covered in blood and no memories of the previous night. It will be up to Sam to find the truth by following clues and remembering what happened.
Twin Mirror is said to be a psychological thriller where memories, choices, and relationships determine Sam’s fate. As he comes to terms with heartbreak, homecoming, and adulthood, Sam will need help exploring a dark and emotional adventure where the line between truth and deception is blurred.
Twin Mirror is being developed by DONTNOD Entertainment, who previously made Life is Strange and Vampyr, and it will be published by Bandai Namco. It will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, and PC sometime in 2019.
