Dead or Alive 6 in development
Next entry in the fighting franchise coming in 2019
It has been announced that Dead or Alive 6 is in development, and is coming to PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
Revealed by IGN, the title is said to be "running on a new engine, with more refined and realistic visual details, including dynamic facial expressions. Characters make a fierce grimace as they execute kicks and punches, sweat covers their body after a combo, and wounds appear when they take damage."
The game is also planning on introducing a new combo and special attack system: Fatal Rush and Break Gauge. These attacks use simple commands to allow new players to pull off big moves.
Kasumi, Hayate, Hayabusa, Helena, Jann Lee, and Zack are confirmed as returning characters.
Dead or Alive 6 is planned for release in 2019.
