God of War sells over 3 million units during launch weekend

Sony has announced that God of War has become the fastest-selling PS4 exclusive, with more than 3.1 million units sold globally in the first three days (April 20 - 22).

Developed by SCE Santa Monica Studio, God of War marks the debut of the action franchise on the PS4 console, and serves as a reboot for the series. His vengeance against the gods of Olympus far behind him, Kratos now lives as a man in the lands of Norse Gods and monsters. It is in this harsh, unforgiving world that he must fight to survive, and teach his son to do the same.

God of War was released on PS4 on April 20, 2018.
