Monster Hunter: World released
The franchise expands to new platforms and into online
Capcom has announced the launch of Monster Hunter: World for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
In Monster Hunter: World, follow the journey of the elder dragons as they begin their once a decade migration across the sea to a land known as the New World in an event referred to by inhabitants as the Elder Crossing. As part of the Guild’s Research Commission, players embark on a journey to this mysterious land and uncover the secrets behind this phenomenon.
The game promises free post-launch content, including PlayStation 4 exclusive Horizon Zero Dawn collaboration event quests. In addition, the first major title content update will be available in Spring 2018, which will add the Deviljho monster and more.
Monster Hunter: World is also coming to PC in Fall 2018.
