PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds reaches 4 million players on Xbox One
Milestone achieved less than 2 months after debut on the console
Microsoft has announced that PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) community of players has now grown to over 4M players on Xbox One.
This week the game received its sixth content update, delivering numerous gameplay, optimization and bug fixes. To celebrate, the developers are rewarding players with 30,000 Battle Points to purchase cosmetic crates in the game. Anyone who has purchased or purchases PUBG on Xbox One and has created a character before January 31 at 12AM PST will receive this bonus.
PUBG first launched on PC in Early Access in 2017 and was released in late December. The Xbox One version is also now in Game Preview program, and was also launched in December. It is console exclusive to the Xbox One.
