Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered gets standalone release

Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will be available as a standalone release on Tuesday, June 27th, on PlayStation 4.
The game includes the full campaign and the 16 multiplayer maps fans know and love from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, all released with high-definition visuals and various other improvements.
This is the first time that the game can be purchased without Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. The standalone release is priced at $39.99 USD, and does not include the Modern Warfare Remastered Variety Map Pack.
The game will be released on PS4 next week, but other platforms are also coming soon – presumably Xbox One and PC.
