THQ Nordic to publish Wreckfest

Bugbear's destructive racer gets a finish line

Posted on

THQ Nordic and Bugbear will join forces to finish Wreckfest by the end of 2017. Wreckfest has been in Steam’s Early Access program since January 2014, and is available to purchase now at the regular price of $40 USD. Over the next few months the game will receive a number of updates including a career mode, car customisation, additional cars and tracks, and a new multiplayer server.

THQ Nordic’s Managing Director, Klemens Kreuzer, says “we are very happy to cooperate with Bugbear Entertainment, to make Wreckfest better, bigger and simply the best destruction derby-racing game out there.“

Wreckfest is planned to be complete in 2017 on PC, but the final console release will come sometime in 2018.
