Free Games with Gold for March 2017

Microsoft has announced the Xbox Games with Gold lineup for March 2017.

Available from March 1 - 31 on Xbox One, members can download Layers of Fear, a first-person psychedelic horror game with a heavy focus on story and exploration. Delve deep into the mind of an insane painter and discover the secret of his madness, as you walk through a vast and constantly changing Victorian-era mansion.

Later, from March 16 - April 15, members on Xbox One can download Evolve - a sci-fi multiplayer-focused shooter pits a four-player crew of alien hunters against a separate player-controlled monster that grows larger and more powerful over the course of matches.

On Xbox 360 and Xbox One through Backward Compatibility, members can download Borderlands 2 from March 1 to 15th. A hybrid First-Person Shooter, this RPG game focuses on over-the-top co-op play, and set in the open-world game environment of the planet Pandora. The second game of the franchise offers a larger and more detailed world to explore, an updated gun system, a new cast of characters and character classes, and more.

Then, from March 16 - 31st, members can download Heavy Weapon, an arcade shoot ’em up with 19 story-based missions, survival mode and online co-op.

These titles are available as free downloads for a limited time, for qualifying paid Xbox Live Gold members in all markets where Xbox Live is available.
