Prey releasing in May
Release date set for first person sci-fi game from Arkane studios
Bethesda today has revealed that Prey is coming on May 5th, 2017 for Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4. Prey is a first person science fiction action game from Arkane Studios, the team behind the Dishonored series.
In Prey, players awake on the Talos I space station that is orbiting the moon in 2032. A science experiment has gone wrong and the station is overrun by hostile aliens that are hunting for them. Players will need to survive by using various tools, their wits and weapons.
Prey 2 was originally in development by Human Head Studios, but the game was scrapped and Arkane Studios took over with a complete reboot. Human Head Studios were the developers behind the original game that released in 2006. Gamers who preorder Prey before May 5 will also get the Cosmonaut Shotgun pack.
