Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare beta announced
Beta will be first on PS4, full game will also include VR demo
At Call of Duty XP 2016 Briefing, Activision has announced a beta for the upcoming Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
The Infinite Warfare multiplayer beta will start October 14th, first on PlayStation 4. Fans who pre-order the game on PlayStation 4 will get first access to the Beta, further details to be announced later. Other platforms will get the beta at a later point, with details to be confirmed.
PS4 owners also get another bonus. Jackal Assault, the first-ever Call of Duty PlayStation VR experience, will be offered later this year to players on PS4 as a free, added bonus. Jackal Assault places fans in the cockpit and puts them in control of a Jackal, the personal fighter jet in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
Last but not least, Activision also revealed that all 16 of the original multiplayer maps will be coming to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. The previously announced 10 maps at launch, and the additional six from the hit original will be made available in December at no additional cost. Modern Warfare Remastered is included with the Legacy Edition of Infinite Warfare.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be released this November for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
