Star Wars Battlefront February update released
New multiplayer and mission map, Turning Point mode expanded
DICE and EA have announced the release of the February update for multiplayer shooter Star Wars Battlefront.
The new mode Turning Point, first released in a free update recently, has been expanded to cover all current maps that support Walker Assault and Supremacy. In Turning Point, a 20v20 mode, Rebels forces must locate three control points in Imperial control.
The February update also adds a new multiplayer map on Hoth that supports all of our 40-player game modes (Walker Assault, Supremacy, and Turning Point) in addition to Fighter Squadron.
Also included is a new survival mission called Ice Caves for singleplayer and co-op gamers which tests your ability to hold off increasing waves of Imperial forces.
In March, players can expect more free updates and the launch of the first digital expansion pack.
Star Wars Battlefront was released last Fall for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
