Deathmatch available in Dying Light
Steam workshop tools updated
Techland have updated the mod tools for Dying Light to allow players to add deathmatch to their custom maps. Also included in the update is the ability to enable co-op play in their custom maps. With the update, Techland have also provided a player-created deathmatch map “Don’t Drown” on the Steam workshop. This map features an island with rising water and players must search for powerful weapons while avoiding zombies.
The mod tools for Dying Light were released in April last year, and the developers have been supporting it with regular updates. There are over 200 maps currently on the workshop. Techland plan to release the best maps on consoles at a later date.
Dying Light was released in January last year. The upcoming expansion pack, The Following, is set for release on February 9th, 2016 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
