Yoshi's Woolly World launches this week
Platforming game with plushy art style out soon
Nintendo has confirmed that Yoshi’s Woolly World will be launching in North America on October 16.
In his new adventure, a yarn-ified Yoshi must explore handcrafted stages created out of yarn, buttons and various fabrics to unravel secrets and tie up enemies. For the first time in a game starring Yoshi, players can team up with a friend to take on the adventure together in local multiplayer.
The game also offers creative amiibo support for the new Yarn Yoshi amiibo figures and even compatible classic figures from the Super Smash Bros., Splatoon and Super Mario series.
Yoshi’s Woolly World is a Wii U exclusive. The game was released in Europe earlier this year.
