The Division launches in March 2016
Two special editions for the MMO shooter announced
At E3, Ubisoft has announced that Tom Clancy’s The Division will launch on March 8, 2016.
In the MMO/shooter hybrid, a devastating pandemic sweeps through New York City, and one by one, basic services fail. In only days, without food or water, society collapses into chaos. The Division, an autonomous unit of tactical agents, is activated. These agents are trained to operate independently in order to save society. Team up with other players to investigate the source of the virus and reclaim the city from the overwhelming turmoil.
In North America, fans can now pre-order two additional editions of Tom Clancy’s The Division. The Gold Edition will include the game, an exclusive National Guard Gear Set and the Season Pass with a full year of content. The premium Collector’s Edition will include all the content found in the Gold Edition plus an array of exclusive memorabilia including the Agent Watch Replica.
Those who pre-order any version of the game will receive guaranteed access to the upcoming betas, starting with the exclusive beta on Xbox One this December, and get the Hazmat Gear Set for their agent.
Tom Clancy's The Division will be released for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
