ProfileUbisoft Toronto is a subsidiary of French video game developer Ubisoft, located in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Founded as a subsidiary of Ubisoft in 2009, the studio was officially announced on 6 July 2009, and is led by Assassin's Creed producer Jade Raymond. The studio is set to lead development on a new installment of the Splinter Cell series in conjunction with Ubisoft Montreal.
