Stoic, an independent game development company, and publisher Versus Evil have officially confirmed that The Banner Saga 2, the sequel to the role-playing strategy game, is coming in 2015.
The announcement comes after the official first reveal at last Friday’s Game Awards held in Las Vegas. For The Banner Saga 2, Stoic will continue the legacy and story of The Banner Saga, with 2D animation and art, a unique tactical combat system and a cast of varied characters.
Additional details and information is expected to be available in early 2015. The Banner Saga 2 will be released for PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
