Simpsons Fortnite Mini-Season Arrives as Chapter 6 Season 4 Ends
Fortnite will close out Chapter 6 Season 4 on November 1, 2025, and transition into a Simpsons-themed mini-season that bridges the gap before the next chapter. Epic Games confirmed the crossover as part of its standard seasonal structure. Each Fortnite chapter runs through four seasons, sometimes with special crossover events in between, followed by a short mini-season after the annual Fortnitemares event. This format gives players time to complete remaining quests and prepare for the next island, storyline, and gameplay changes.
The first official hint of the crossover appeared in Fortnite’s in-game newsfeed when Bart Simpson was shown spray-painting an “A” over the “O” in the game’s logo, turning “Fortnite” into “Fartnite.” The reveal image confirmed that Bart’s skin will be supported by a robot suit to match the height of standard Battle Royale characters. This adaptation follows the same design method used for Morty’s skin in a previous collaboration.
Information about the new mini-season began circulating in early October through Fortnite dataminers. Insider ShiinaBR shared a complete leak of the Simpsons Fortnite Battle Pass on X, revealing five total skins: three based on Simpsons characters and two remixed Fortnite designs with the show’s visual style. The Battle Pass will include Homer Simpson at Level 1, Marge Simpson at Level 20, a Peely Remix with Simpsons-style yellow skin and large eyes at Level 30, a Fishsticks Remix modeled after Blinky the Fish at Level 40, and Ned Flanders at Level 50. Neither Bart Simpson nor Lisa Simpson appears in the Battle Pass lineup.

Additional leaked cosmetics, not included in the Battle Pass, feature Lisa Simpson (Mech Skin), Bart Simpson (Mech Skin), Krusty the Clown, Moe, and Scratchy. Their release method has not been confirmed, though leaks indicate they could arrive as Item Shop bundles or be tied to in-game questlines. Artwork shared by HYPEX and ShiinaBR shows a Springfield-style cel-shaded map and includes Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Peely, Fishsticks, Moe, Krusty, Scratchy, and Ned Flanders. The promotional image also displays themed gliders, pickaxes, weapon wraps, and other cosmetic items.
Epic Games officially announced that the Simpsons mini-chapter will launch globally on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET. Regional release times are 9 PM GMT for the UK, 10 PM CET for Europe, 6 AM JST on November 2 for Japan, and 8 AM AEST on November 2 for Australia. Before launch, a pre-event featuring Kang and Kodos will begin at 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET. During this event, players will witness the Chapter 6 map being pulled into a black hole before servers go offline for about five hours of maintenance.
Epic Games has not confirmed the Battle Pass price, but the safe bet is that it will remain 1,000 V-Bucks, consistent with previous passes. Since the mini-season will last about a month, leaks suggest it could include more skins and in-game rewards than a standard Battle Pass.
The Simpsons mini-season follows a similar format to the earlier Star Wars crossover between Chapter 6, Seasons 2 and 3. Players can expect a limited-time Springfield theme across the game, featuring familiar characters, cel-shaded visuals, and cosmetic rewards tied to the animated series.
