Insurgency: Sandstorm delayed on consoles
The August launch has been pushed back for tactical shooter

Developer New World Interactive has announced that the console release of Insurgency: Sandstorm, previously planned for August, will be delayed.
The company issued a statement, saying in part:“We aim to make use of the additional time to improve the day one experience of our company’s first-ever console title. This additional time will allow us to deliver a more complete and optimized version of the game, as well as explore the exciting possibilities of a next-gen console release in addition to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.”
No new release date was provided.
Insurgency: Sandstorm made its debut on PC in 2018.
