Microsoft has officially launched their rewards system based on your Gamerscore.
Titled MyAchievements, the program enters the already existing Xbox LIVE Rewards. For those who sign up, depending on your Gamerscore from earning Achievements in Xbox 360 games you're able to earn rewards in three different tiers. For having a score between 0 and 10k, you will earn the Contender status and a special gift is promised during your birthday month. The gift is valued at $0.25 and will likely be an avatar item. Those with a score between 10k and 25k also get the gift, as well as a 1% Rebate on your Xbox LIVE Marketplace purchases every month. Legend level, for those with 25k+ Gamerscore, earns you a 2% Rebate. You must have and maintain an eligible Xbox LIVE Gold membership and the applicable Gamerscore for the appropriate rewards tier by the first day of every month in order to be eligible. |
