Given the controversy over the first game and its “downgrade” compared to the E3 demo, Ubisoft have directly addressed a number of PC specific issues.
The PC version will include 4k Support, stuttering optimization, unlimited FPS, dual graphics card support, FOV Slider, ultra textures, multiple anti-aliasing options, hotkey remapping, headlight shadows, raw mouse input, and more. See the full list here.
To implement all the above features, and ensure the game is polished, the PC release is arriving on November 29th, two weeks after the console versions.
